Our flagship program is the Ten Steps to a Federal Job Certified Federal Job Search Trainer / Certified Federal Career Coach® certification, which teaches our participants, via a thoughtful ten step process, to search for and identify federal employment opportunities, understand requirements and hiring authorities, analyze position announcements, write the Outline Format Federal Resume, prepare for the behavior-based interview, track and follow up, negotiate the initial offer, and to effectively translate these skills for coaching clients and classroom participants.
